Was thinking black tights/shoes and accessories...is it just too summery?

The word "sumer" in the name of the dress gives it away . . . . definitely too summery and no to black tights and dress with those colours, unless you're under 20.

I agree the its quite summer-ish..and plus its for a very sunny day, which seems to be unlikely:)

Depends how you feel about neutral tights I suppose...

I like neutral tights...is it really a no no. It's perfect on me and I'm shopping all morning with no result
