skin care for 8 year olds

My dd has obviously gorgeous skin. As soap is a no no what do you do to clean their faces?

always thought it was too drying for the skin on your face.. Don't tell me Jackie maagzine got it wrong???

Really.. I have never used soap on my face, always used cleanser and moisturiser- nothing flash though. She is not fab at the washing bit of bathing and soon won't want adults around at all so am trying to instill some good habits!
