Which top for nice dinner, with these jeans and this jacket?

I am a cool winter so need clear and strong colours. I need a nice top to wear out for dinner with these jeans,

For those of you that can't be arsed to check the links. The jeans are dark blue, higher waist, flares.
The jacket is a silky, midnight blue, fitted, short style.

I wan't something vibrant and I'll spend up to about £50.

colourblock shirt bargain but might be too structured with the jacket?
