How to accessorise this dress for a wedding

I'm off to a wedding next month and have bought this dress:

But I don't have a clue what to wear with it. I need to sort:

• shoes (can't wear super-high heels, I fall over!)
• some sort of arm covering (jacket?/pashmina?)
• tights
• bag

Any of you lovely people have any ideas about what would work well?

Court shoes, navy suede maybe? these? I appreciate they are not interesting shoes, but you say you can't do high heels. What about hidden platform shoes? They look lovely and high without being too hard to walk in. I would stay away from black with that dress personally, taupe/navy/olive would be better. I don't think you need a jacket, it's only going to be sept and you prob won't be outside for long. Pashmina/wrap will be fine.
