Skin care tool

After Tatty's post I succumbed and bought the Tweezerman skin care. However I am having a bit of a mental blank as to how exactly to use it! I've tried YouTube but can't find anything.

Can anyone help me out? I don't want to try without knowing and end up bruising.

All I remember is like all extractions it's best to use after a shower or hot facecloth against your skin so the skin will be softened. I went into Superdrug to buy it for my teenager but couldn't find it, will try Boots and report back!
