Good but not too expensive control underwear....does it exist?

I have a vest that keeps the midrif under control - don't really need this tho, but could do with some big knickers with top of thigh help as well - not knee length, its only the top 2-3" of thigh that needs reigning in....

Does this exist? I am a 14-16 but mostly due to excess skin after weight loss (so legs/bottom/upper body a 14 with big boobs and tummy a mess of skin Confused)

Thank you!

I cannot recomment Scala highly enough, although I don't know if you might consider it too expensive. They last forever and ever though, and don't lose their shape or holding in ability. Grin
