Squished heel on expensive shoe

I bought these and have worn them once www.johnlewis.com/214845/Product.aspx
but one heel has taken a hell of a battering. The black stilletto heel has almost flattened on the bottom of the one . I am peed off as they were expensive and have only worn them the one time, should I return them????

KG heels on shoes are pap imho.

Doubt you could return them though as they could just argue that you weren't taking care of them or excessive wear etc.

I'd take them to a cobbler and get the steel heel points put on
