What's the best skincare for redness around the cheeks and nose?

Since I turned 40 it has been like someone flicked a switch. My skin is red, slightly sensitive with a touch of oil during the day. I have always just used normal to dry skin products from Clarins but I am wondering if I need to shift to something for sensitive skin, particularly with the redness?

Hi. I have acne rosacea and have tried different foundations which havent worked. I am currently on medication which may help but only today I went to Debenhams to get new make up. Clinique Anti Redness do a liquid foundation which was good but in the the end i went with Bare Escentuals mineral powder. The coverage was really good and didnt look so caked on. I bought the starter kit for £48 which includes the foundation powder, blusher powder, 3 brushes and I cant remember the other 2 powders.
