A friend has terrible problems with her skin, it is prone to acne and very blotchy. Currently the acne is relatively well controlled with daily antibiotics. Also quite sensitive IIRC. I mentioned having seen threads about the oil cleansing method on here and she was very interested. She is 34 and it has been a lifelong problem.
Can any of you explain the method to me and would it help for her type of skin or is it mainly for dry patches?
