I can't wear the shoes I wanted to so need help choosing another pair by colour please

My dress is pink, red, purple, tiny bit of lime green, orange and coffee coloured. It comes with a purple shrug like cardigan. It is a lot nicer than it sounds. The only colour heels I have are black. I also have black and brown sandals and black flatties. I don't have the time, money or inclination to buy a new pair so can anyone advise me of the best of a bad selection I could wear please?

The dress isn't on the website anymore but if that isn't going to work I have this dress but I don't know if it is smart enough.

I am going to a ceremony where the dress code is smart casual .

Of course, I might not be well enough to go.

What are the sandals like? I would stick to the sandals or black heels (but I am a short arse and end up staring at torsos if I go out in flats).

Aren't all weddings either smart casual or black tie? I'm never sure what that means for women's outfits. I would say the maxi might not be smart enough. It's so much easier being a man in these situations!

Both dresses are maxi. I never give any thought to my shoes and now I asm paying for it.

Ooh nice sandals, I think they'll work well with a maxi dress. Definitely opt those instead of black shoes, which sound like they'd be too dark for the dress?
