OH.

Oh dear.

TheFarSide · 24/08/2011 18:13

What's wrong with them?

moragbellingham · 24/08/2011 18:13

I had some of those in 1988 from Next!

tothemoonandback · 24/08/2011 18:21

OMFG!

FoofFighters · 24/08/2011 19:03

What the shit Shock

LynetteScavo · 24/08/2011 19:05

My 50yo sister would think them very smart, yet functional, and buy them for an evening wedding, thinking she could wear them again on may occasions.

YoungishBag · 24/08/2011 19:05

I have a photo of me wearing black ones with a large purple and pink floral print on.

It was 1989 and they were very flattering. Frankly, I'd wear them now as I don't think the m&S ones are bad Hmm

YoungishBag · 24/08/2011 19:07

When Downtown Abbey returns they will be wearing them if it stretches into the 20's as I also have a photo of my gran wearing a sort of peach/nude silk coloured pair. They were also lovely and you could easily wear them now.

madammecholet · 24/08/2011 19:07

I think they'd look nice with a jumper with a fecking rabbit or deer on.

M&S buyers need to be lined up and sacked.

Yama · 24/08/2011 19:07

It's just not possible that they would look good on anyone.

GloriaVanderbilt · 24/08/2011 19:14

Only at M&S

GloriaVanderbilt · 24/08/2011 19:16

better than this tho

BigBangersTheory · 24/08/2011 19:17

hee hee! Did you watch the video? At least now I know how you are supposed to walk in enormous, ankle-skimming trousers.

rookiemater · 24/08/2011 19:19

OMG I had a pair of trousers just like that last time they were fashionable and they were foul even then. GV that skirt is beyond comment.

notahappycamper · 24/08/2011 19:29

Gloria
that is truly horrendous - no wonder M&S are offering 25% of Per Una all week! 100% off wouldnt temp me!

GloriaVanderbilt · 24/08/2011 19:31

Nice isn't it

I mean what the actual jeff. NO one would wear that. Not even my old physics teacher.

pointydog · 24/08/2011 19:41

Now that's what I call a palazzo

catswipe · 24/08/2011 20:40

I stacked it in a pair of black rather wide legs. Those are an accident waiting to happen....

Nagoo · 24/08/2011 20:43

4 and a half stars. :)

BigBangersTheory · 24/08/2011 20:45

Oh yes, I had some (much less) wide leg maternity trousers and I kept catching my foot in them and almost hitting the deck. It was terrifying!

Grumpla · 24/08/2011 21:58

They are...

QueeferSutherland · 24/08/2011 22:53
