What shoes to wear with this? (Newly single and want to wear for my 49th birthday 'do'

I have bought this dress

Which I love but don't know about shoes to go with it? Want to look as good as possible for a girlie night out for my 49th in September, newly single and feeling a bit fragile at the moment so need to feel I am looking my best! Thanks

I'd suggest something with a bit of platform for extra height/comfort, and probably a style with closed toes so you can wear tights if it's cold.

What kind of heel height, i.e. how are you with very high heels? And how are your legs - if you have good legs then you can get away with straps round the ankle etc, if not, I'd suggest something court style/low cut.

I'm a similar height to you and love these.

Just enough heel to feel good but very easy to walk in due to hidden platform.
