I know it's been done a thousand times over- but...
my upper eyelids are quite crepy, as I have had eczema over the years. I don't have crows feet or too many bags, but I do have some quite pronounced lines and sagginess on the bit just under my eyebrows.
I was thinking about Elemis, Estee Lauder , No 7 pure & protect, or even Simple came up tops in a survey. OR has anyone used the new Olay get rid of wrinkles stuff?
