have got pencil skirt from banana rep( lovely)
a couple of pairs of their trews nad some dreaded boden ones9 not such a good fit)
i want to avoid being droopy cardigan woman - prefer as i age 
shirts or tops with collars.
there are tits.
i need to be warm for various office issues and go outside occasionally to get stuff.
also need heels but cant do the high ones i wear le soir.

NEED HELP ON smart casual work tops
AND heels ( for pencil skirt)
saw the mary bloody portas ones in clarks - the patent heels ici and like the patent and teh platform but cannot get head around heels
