Why does my skin always seem to look blushed once my make up is on?

I look in the mirror in the bathroom where it is put on an all looks ok but when I check in something like the bathroom at work or the car mirror my face looks all the same colour with a hint of red coming through.

Are your foundation or moisturiser irritating your skin?

Does it look red or orange?

Some foundations oxidise which usually makes them more yellow.
Have you tried using a primer under it- ot maybe you are choosing a shade that is too pink for you?
