Are stripes still in?

If you're talking breton tops, I never think they went out, they just got re hashed this season....EVERYWHERE :)

Stripes will NEVER go out (for me anyway) hides collection of 14 breton tops...

I hope not as I have just bought a lovely stripy maxi and a long sleeved top for winter..

I think stripes are always okay, but breton stripes are on their way out. I base this on two things:

1. My mum is wearing breton.
2. It is dwindling in New York.

Stripes are in, especially broad stripes, often in a shade of brown and black.

I was sitting next to two young things today at work and they both had practically the same outfit on (unintentional). Those young fash victims.

Breton is a style classic, it doesn't date.

stars are on there way in, so stripes out for the timebeing.

I own a lot of stripes (breton tops and otherwise). My husband says stop as soon they will be out of fashion. I find it hard to find a classy print though.

I would find it hard to be taken seriously in spots and stars? (I am 30)

I'm glad stars are in as I have just bought this. My dh takes the mickey out of me as i have so many stripy tops!
