refunding p&p costs?

somebody here will know the answer to this! did i dream it or if you are returning a whole order they should also refund you the delivery charge you paid? had my h&m order delivered yesterday and none of it fits . so much for trying to avoid the shops....
does anyone know?

Yes, although I think it has to be within 7 days as it is seen as a cancellation of the order.
M&S certainly do and every other shop I've ordered from does, but have never done so with H&M.
