I'm going out tonight and it's raining :-(

I'm out tonight for the first time in ages and it's been bloody raining all day... Not too much of a problem usually however it's an outdoor event ie the bars are outside (!)

So... What should I wear?? Shall I dress for winter as apposed to August?!?!

It's still v warm here in Birmingham, although there's some rain. I'd go for skinny jeans and high heels I think - skinny jeans don't drag on the ground in the way normal ones do!

Festival chic - wellies if it's going to be muddy and something warm/waterproof over more summery dress or top.

I don't own wellies? Def not muddy... And just been told one of the bars is a cocktail bar!

Skinny jeans sound like a good plan... Or how about leggings and sparkly tunic / dress? Or skinnies and sparkly top? But what on top?? Would love a blazer but don't have the money to go and get one...

Footwear and the top are always more of an issue... Do I go for glam or practical??
