I haven't seen a thread yet, so I thought I'd start one.

So far I like:
Long Applique Cardigan
Weekender Tunic
Uplifting Cardi Coat
Boiled Wool Coat
But am a bit eeek! at the prices, even with the 20% off.

Slight hijack here, but how does the free returns work? I used a code a couple of weeks ago and got free delivery but there is no sticker or voucher for the returns apart from the address sticker and the instructions just say to put the correct postage on it, nothing about it being free.

it all depends- you might have got free delivery but NOT free returns- they do both.

if the offer was for both and they forgot to put in the label, phone them and ask for one.

Hi, how do you know when the preview is launched? I do get fairly frequent emails from "Johnnie" but I only find out about the good deals and preview discounts here on Munsnet! I am in Australia, does that matter? My catalogue for Autumn arrived in the post just this week, a week after my package full of preview goodies.
Have I missed ticking a box somewhere that has left me aout of the loop?

Well, that is annoying! My inbox is cluttered with cheery crap, and I don't get an inside running on the good stuff! I spend thousands with Boden, they are cheap in comparison to local offerings. Oh well, I'll just have to keep my eye on S & B for all the news!

I am not a "valued" customer" i.e. don't spend enough.

Quick question: if you order something from the preview, do they take the money straight away, or wait until it's dispatched?

Did anyone else notice that there were absolutely no trousers described in the autumn catalogue? I received mine the other day.

Yep, catalogue has smallish print somewhere that says trousers are exclusively online
