What's your perfume of choice?

Just been into Boots and tried a few perfumes.

I currently have Armani City Glam and Armani Code.

Today I tried:

DKYN Be Delicious (both green and red but I'm thinking the red one was just that bit better)
CK Into U - Loved this one, very tempted.
CK Euphoria - Gorgeous
Ghost (in the moon bottle, wasn't impressed)

I Can only afford one. Don't know which one to go for!

What do you have and what's your favourite?

I am with hiphop.
Feminite du bois by Shiseido. It's becoming increasingly hard to find though.

I haven't been able to find it for at least 10 years now.

otherwise chanel "chance" and gyvenchy "very irresistible"

I love Angel - it's my absolute favourite. Also really like CK one and pink Agent Provovateur

I used to love Clinique Happy until Dp informed me that his ex wife wore it

Tested the new variation of Lola by Marc Jacobs (think it's called 'Oooh Lola'?) and liked it - which is unusual for me as it's quite sweet and I generally hate 'pink' sweet perfumes like the normal Lola / Angel / Flowerbomb.

OP - it sounds as if you like fruity florals. Maybe try the lesscenteurs.com site and you can find some hidden gems and get samples sent to you. Or visit the shop in Belgravia (I recall?) and get free samples (they are usually 3pounds online). Or try the Rosine line, Sonoma Scent Studios do a sample kit as well.

My mother loves fruity florals and likes Cartier and Hermes perfumes (24 Rue Faubourg is a fave, orange blossom based)

Incidentally, I'd never buy a Calvin Klein perfume after I had dinner with one of its VPs who told me CK perfume costs 2 pence a bottle to produce. Incredible margins, fashion labels must be spitting with envy at that, but it doesn't mean a good value purchase for you.

My favourites (I have about 100 perfumes but my palette has changed as I am pregnant) are principally Lutens ones, I love his orientals and his soliflores

Oh, a note to the Feminite du Bois lovers (I'm a fan too). It's much easier to get now as it's been released as part of the Royal Palais du Sisheido line so you can find it in Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nicks and in Space NKs. Or buy it online from Serge Lutens, which is offering free postage at the moment. I'll post this separately.
