Nail varnish crisis!

I put glitter varnish on ds2's and my toenails, and now I can't get it off! My nail varnish remover gets all the coloured stuff off, won't shift the glitter.

How do I get it off?

Maybe white spirit?

soak cotton wool with remover and apply to the toes, then wrap the toes in foil and leave for about 10mins.
