bad sun damage anything that can help

ive got really bad skin on my chest its starting to wrinkle and it looks awfull, i was really badly burnt a few years back and was away for a week in spain in may was wearing factor 30 then but as soon as the sun came out i just went all blotchy just on this one area it was awful looking and really itchy
have i damaged my skin to much to repair it any?

Plaster yourself in bio oil and invest in a nice sheer scarf that you can disguise/protect the area with. Plaster on suncream at every opportunity.
