What makes over-40"s look younger and what should be avoided at all costs?....

Over 40s should avoid reading threads like this and do/wear what they want.

Sounds cliche but you need to 'feel' young and let it shine through. I have over forty friends, and I've noticed they either seem much younger or much older. I honestly think it's due to their outlook on life. Also the way they dress. Am I helping? I fear not..... I scuttle back of to the thirties where belong...........

thank you so much PetiteMum for your constructive comments. It was a genuine question. Sometimes however comfortable a person may be in their own identity it can be helpful for whatever reason to be able to gauge what other people see.

need to find the crepeys, I think.......babycham, all the info you need is over there. On the S&B, but look for crepeys and candlelight....
