How/where to sell a Rolex and a Tag

I have both but never wear them. Time for them to find a new owner but I am not sure where to sell them. Would ebay be the only option? I don't expect I will get much for them through ebay though. Not that I am wanting a fortune but a fair price. Any suggestions?

Go to a jeweller, I wouldn't bother with ebay.

Agree - go to a specialist reseller. If in London, there are quite a few in the Burlington Arcade (e.g. David Duggan).

You set a reserve on ebay, so if you have an idea of how much they're worth, and the bidding doesn't reach that price, you don't sell.

Another London second hand dealer for expensive watches is Austin Kaye in the Strand (corner of Strand and Bedford St).

My DH sold a few to a watch dealer in London (I'll ask him the name) but he got a good £500-£1000 less than resale. If you are not looking for a quick sale, try gumtree/preloved/maybe ebay but only do cash on collection etc. You will get more usually, esp. with any boxes/paperwork.
