Scaffolding needed for massive lactating udders in a backless dress! Help needed!

I am going to a wedding in a couple of weeks, and despite carrying a bit of baby blubber, a lovely dress in my wardrobe fits! Hurray.... but it is backless (more of a cut out area, sounds horrible but is lovely on) and pre child I have got away without a bra, but not now! I can't afford a new dress, or to be honest, can't face shopping with DS (7 mo). Any suggestions where I could find a body to support my boobs that is very low at the back? Underwired is fine, as it's just for the day, and I have a feeling that I will get lots of use out of structured underwear from now on :(
Hope you can help!

not a body but may be a useful idea...
