am i alone at finding it hard for my make-up to stay looking good at work all day?

trying to do the daily grind in the office and make sure my make-up doesn't smudge all over my face and fade by lunch time and just looking well put together is a darn nuisance. am i truly alone? wondering what other working mums bug bears are with regards to this...?

doesn't matter whether you work or not, still have to touch up about 3ish or 4ish - my revlon lipstick lasts all day really but can fade a little by now so may just touch this up and maybe swish the blusher brush over cheeks.
