Can anyone help please? It's for dd. She's big around the tummy so I don't want an elasticted/belted waist. Preferably loose and flowing material, but suitable for a party. Budget up to £30. She's a size 10. TIA!

H&M have some nice short dresses in, good for the youngsters with some thick tights underneath.
