Are Garnier under eye roller things any good??

I have constant dark circles under my eyes. Have used touche eclat and bourjois imitation which are ok at covering but not ideal (bit too bright/obvious).

Has anyone used the Garner under eye roller pen thingies? Are they any good? Do they actually help to reduce dark circles or just cover them up?

Any other reccs of other products I could try also gratefully received :)

Oooh, thanks for the tip ladies, think I may have to treat myself to one this week ad also have hereditary dark circles under eyes :(
