why can i buy half decent, strong, ponytail bands

all the ones i buy these days break within a couple of uses. have tried more expensive denman ones too but they seem just as useless

The ONLY way forward is Goody bands from boots only in uk. They are non slip total grip non stretch stay put etc.
In fact I think they are called stay put?
Anyway.

Definitely the goody ones - they really do work. I have thick long hair and they keep a ponytail all day without having to redo it.

Thank you, thank you! Never knew I could get so excited about ponytail bands but these Goody bands are fantastic! I have thick hair and the bands haven't slipped at all.
