Palazzo Trousers. Yay or No?

I've been looking at these for a while and I think they look great. But are they really great? Am I going to look really bad?

I'm 5'8" size 14 and long long legs.

I'm going shopping later so might go try some on.

I love them. I've just bought a pair from New Look. They are navy blue with a small ditsy red and blue flower through them. Not too loud. I am five foot five and a 12 to 14 and they are just the right length with flats.

I have bought some floral silk ones. They were a bargain, £15 from £60 and they are lovely. I want to wear them for a wedding next month but can't seem to find the right top. :(

Too swishy for me, even though I am a tall size 10.

i'm 5"5 and a 12 and mine just skim the floor - i love them as they're versatile for day or evening depending on what you wear.
Cupcakes love the sound of your bargain silk ones - may i ask where from?
