Apologies if this is in the wrong place but I am just reaching out...! Has anyone else used this website (online shop) or eBay shop? I am having trouble with them after ordering a dress for a wedding, which hasn't arrived. It was supposed to be here by last Friday (at the latest), and while I know it's only Monday now, I can't get in touch with them at all, which is worrying...
All emails (sent to various addresses found on their website/eBay shop Friday and today) bounce back and the only phone number I could find has a full answering phone. I've also tried sending them a message via eBay which has been ignored. Is this dodgy?! Have I just lost my money in a scam?! Any advice or experience with the company would be appreciated.
