Right, I initially thought it was Cath Kidston because it was that lovely mid blue and it also had white dots all over it (but I've now seen her dots were much smaller than CK). It was in that material that some of the Cath Kidston bags are in, the stuff you could probably just wipe over, like the vinyl you used to cover tables with in the old days!

The style was like a fitted mac, that came mid thigh. It looked like it had a hood that was detachable. The pockets at the front (side) were slanted. So although it looked like it would be a CK, there were differences in the ones I've seen online to tell me it wasn't.

Thanks ladies. I've just checked Boden and JL and it's not on there. If it is Primark then I'm gutted as I don't have one close to me and I've just looked on the website, that isn't really a website!

What is that stuff called that the CK bags are made out of? Some ebayers refer to it as oil cloth? Whatever it is, it's perfect for dog walking!!

That is the one I was likening it to yes. But the differences are quite noticeable in that the CK one is boxy in shape, has different shaped pockets and the spots are large.

Mine (see? I own it already!!) is subtly fitted, has slanted pockets and small dots. But the same colour and material.

My search gets more and more bizarre!

I did look at Seasalt and there are some similar ones, but not the one! On further research, it looks very much like the CK mini dot design, which in turn is very similar to that Per Una one, but it's not it. Booo!

I've googled myself senseless. I don't know where else to look.

Hmmm, my Mum got a similar sounding one from Sainsburys. It was less oilskin and more cagoule-like with a detachable hood. She bought it about 2 months ago so not sure if it would still be in stock. I'm not totally convinced its the one you're looking for but might be worth a ring?

It would be easier tracking down the lady! Seriously, is there any chance you will ever see her again to ask her, does she shop at your local shops or have kids at the local school? Might you bump into her again in the future?
