Do I trust this hairdresser again or just pay out more money?

So I have not decided to have a long bob and fringe cut and have my hair dyed back to it's natural dark blonde.

I can go back to the man who cocked it up (he has given me lovely colour many many times in the past) as he will do the colour for free since I still don't like it OR I can go to a posh salon in town (who I have never used for colour before but they have loads of awards etc). The posh salon will cost £100 more though. I don't have much money. Do I take a chance on my old hairdresser?

I would take a chance on the old hairdresser. He has proved to be a good hairdresser in the past so I would give him a go as it will be so much cheaper.
