does anyone know if JL charge for this service?

Has anyone used the milton keynes branch for this?

Daughter is getting married in November and thought this might help me as don't want to look like an old biddie or mutton dressed as lamb. I have zero style so need some help big time.

My DM and my aunt used the Oxford St branch personal shoppers (a personnel shopper would be what you'd use to hire staffGrin) before my brother's wedding and they were brilliant, and free, they found her a fabulous and very adventurous outfit (and she's in her late 60s) - can't speak for Milton Keynes though.

Would appear to be a free service.

personal you mean

I used one, she was ok but had terrible garlic breath.

LorneMower · 16/07/2011 12:56

if you are a regular shopper in Jl its ok - they didnt really have in what i wanted ( a summer going out top) and so I almost drew a blank. she did encourage me to try on more than i would have done but i only kept two items

I used this when going back to work post baby (figure totally changed and I needed to learn how to dress my new shape). It was fantastic - no pressure to buy and lots of helpful advice.

KristinaM · 16/07/2011 19:48

It's free and they are very good.
