What do you think of this for the winter?

I've just bought these for the winter school runs, i needed something flat and with a good grip

Do you think these will look ok with either jeans or a very long cord skirt which is only a couple of inch off the floor? and also do you think it will go with this or will I look too much like a russian

you will be very warm which is all that matters!
Do you drive to school? I am no good with long coats in the car!!

No AuntyMandy I don't drive I walk to school, its not that far at all, but, I have to walk past ALOT of open fields and the wind can sometimes be bitter.

Boots look fab - are they going to stand up to wet/snow/mud? Personally I'm not sure about the coat because I'm not sure how warm it would be - I'm a wuss when it comes to the cold!

You definitely need that hat too - I was going to suggest something similar

Soupy I get very warm very easily so don't need something too thick, its nice though, I only have a mac at the minute and don't think that will be warm enough at all.

I ahve a russian hat which I waer with a gorgeus tapestry long tailored coat from Ghost and even if I do say so myself I look bloody fantastic!!
