Help me choose some shoes, please!

Hello everyone, I really need help to choose some shoes. There is no urgency nor any occasion for these shoes, but I need rescuing from myself as I have been caught in a loop for the last three hours and cannot decide! I fear I will never escape from this vicious circle of indecision so would really appreciate your input. The shoes in question are all jawdroppingly similar!!

I don't like no 1, if that's any help, - the strap looks peculiar and a bit uncomfortable. The other two pairs are nice.

I think No 3 are the best.

I got a sort of chiffony shrug in the Jarrolds sale FW and a necklace+earring from DottyP. But so far no shoes only ones I liked weren't in my size. But I didn't have time to look everywhere - I'm having my hair done on Friday so will look again then.
