lipstick recommendations...

whilst reapplying my lovely vie lipstick this afternoon and thinking how nice it smelt I decided I needed more lipstick so what brands should I go for?

Chanel or YSL. Both favourites of mine.

If smell is a criteria, Clarins smells and tastes like raspberries and MAC smells and tastes like vanilla caramel.

I do like them to smell nice!

Do they last ok?

I have a couple of Chanel Rouge Cocos. Beautiful colors, very long-lasting. The only minus is their perfume (musty old-lady rose). In practice, I also wear a lot of Max Factor lipsticks and when they are on, I cannot tell the difference from Chanel (wait, no smell). MF has brilliant price-quality ratio I find.

I like clinique

Laura Mercier smells like creme brulee.
