Hairdresser appointment

If I want to make an appointment at a hairdressers to have the salon director cut my hair and I also want it coloured, can I ask for someone cheaper else to do the colour?

Of course, why not? There are plenty of juniors who will be happy to get some experience and they'll do it under the director's supervision. Win win.
