Please please you cannot wear those fugly shoes with that beautiful dress!!. If you cannot do heels then even a pair of low heeled courts would be better. A nude clutch would be lovely.

Jammygal · 11/07/2011 10:29

Are they really that hanging? I thought they were nice. Blush
I have prolapsed disc so cannot do heals Sad

I think you should go for a more elegant mid-heel court shoe, or even a metallic sandal. The ones you've chosen may be a bit too clumpy for the dress. Something like this if you can't wear high heels?

CeliaFate · 11/07/2011 11:00

And to answer your original post, I'd get a wrap if it's cold.

FebreezeYourJeans · 11/07/2011 11:25

EEK I agree, I have championed that dress all summer, it looks amazing on, but you really cannot wear clompy shoes with it.

I'll go and have a look for something else.

FebreezeYourJeans · 11/07/2011 11:28

are these too high?

Jammygal · 11/07/2011 11:34

Thanks for all your help x
I like the KG shoes only thing is a bit expensive for my pocket atm (especially after clomp shoe purchase!
Can you help me find something a bit lighter on the pocket ;)

those are fucking dire shoes

DoraJarr · 11/07/2011 19:20

( original ones)

amothersplaceisinthewrong · 11/07/2011 19:23

Dress lovely, first pair of shoes OK if you are about 65 but never with that dress. They are dire. High court shoes, maybe in nude, personally I would go for navy suede.

Jammygal · 11/07/2011 19:54

Did I fail to mention - I am 67 (only kidding!).
Shoes are honestly a lot better than the pic - but I am not going to wear them with the dress (I promise!)

OP posts:
pink4ever · 11/07/2011 20:09

No sorry but please do not delude yourself about the shoes-it is not a horrible pic they are just horrible.Full stop. I am saying this for your own good.

MissBeehiving · 11/07/2011 20:19

Those shoes are heeedious. You might as well wear wellies. Infact wellies would be better.
