I thought it would look lovely with jeans/chinos. Trying to 'invest' rather than buying lots of brightly patterned dresses each season and thought this was a bi chic.... Ladies?

Don't know, it looks a bit shapeless and the colour could be draining. I think there are better options out there!

If you have a narrowish shoulders and not too much bosom then yes, I think it would look lovely with jeans, skirts, tapered trousers, tailored shorts. I like it a lot. However lace has been a trend for a couple of seasons, so it might be something that you love now but next year not so much?
