Has anyone had this done?

How much was it?

How long did it last? How do you remove it?

Thanks!

Metallic nail varnish is never the same as Minx. You just can't get the same level of shine and reflection in a liquid.

They are a bit different. I think there are lots of brands of nail transfer type thing that you can do at home though, I think OPI have some. Possibly not the same lasting power as Minx though I haven't tried them to be fair.

Loving the look of the silver mirror ones! Forgot to add I have also cut my nails since they were done three weeks ago and still fine. Very impressed.

Shellac I would also reccommend. I am really clumsy so a normal mani would only last a few days before a chip/scratch etc. Mine stayed put for 2.5 weeks with a tiny amount of wear to tips. Ideal for a holiday and I will continue to have both as the shellac seems to have given my weakass nails time to grow a bit so they are feeling stronger.

I'm booked in for a minx and shellac day before hols in a couple of weeks, so nailcare is off the agenda come holiday time :)
