Panda prevention

The pollen is making my eyes itch and it's pouring with rain and DD tells me I look like a panda. She assures me I didn't look like one at the school play, but I'm not so sure?
Please,can anyone recommend a sensibly priced waterproof mascara to a SAHM who only wears makeup on highdays and holidays.
I'm lucky enough to have long dark lashes so no fibres. Just something black and clump free that stays put, Thanks!

I use Boots no. 7 waterproof mascara. It does the job perfectly well. I always get panda eyes if I don't wear waterproof mascara.

Thanks, I'm walking past Boots tomorrow, I'll look (may not succeed because it's a shoe box sized shop, gives you money off vouchers for skin care it doesn't stock and loose before you get to town)
