Is There a Natural Looking Fake Tan for Very Pale Skin?

I have red hair and very (and I mean very!) pale skin. I have a hen night on Saturday and want to get the pins out without blinding the unsuspecting public.

Does anyone have a recommendation of a subtle, natural fake tan for pale skin? Because I have no "base tan" all the ones I've tried look very orange (and patchy). I really just want to take the glare off my skin rather than actually colour it IYSWIM? Any suggestions would be most welcome Smile.

Ok I splashed out and went for the St Tropez gradual tanning lotion. I'll let you all know how it goes. Fingers Crossed!

Esthederm do a really good range if you are seriously pale and pasty (me!), and you can choose the one for pale skin. It is pricey though (about £20 - £25!), but worth it if it is a special occasion or holiday. By the way it is a gradual tan and doesn't rub off.
