New shoes slightly too big

Do i send back (love them and are sold out in smaller sizing) or is there a way to make them fit? Any exp of this? Thanks

Get a pair of insoles.

I've tried insoles, and I've tried those heel grip things, but IME they've never quite worked and the fit is still unsatisfactory, so I guess it just depends how much you love them!

insoles, or half insoles. thick socks. depends on you and on the shoes.

black courts for work so the thick sole option is out! I know there are millions of black courts out there but these are some lovely nine wst ones with platforms i have had my eye on a while. Thanks for comments will try insoles then they will have to go back as cant afford 50 quid on shoes i cant wear :)
