H&M sizing could I size up?

So i have found a dress i love on H&M online and they do not have my size could I size up or would it look all wrong, no sure on H&M sizing, the dress has an elastic waistband.

H&M sizing runs small so you will probably be fine.

Definitely size up. H&M clothes seem to be built for the Bangladeshi children who make them I'm afraid.
