Great Plains sizing?

Hi there

Does anyone know how dresses from Great Plains come up size-wise? Many thanks.

I'm an 8 - 10 and buy their "small" in dresses or tops.

XS = 8, S = 10, M = 12, L = 14, XL = 16.

I find the sizes come up quite average, ie a M is a true 12.
