I NEED low rise (hipster) trousers/shorts/jeans

Is ANYWHERE still making them? Every pair I try on these days come up nearly to my bellybutton. I'm size 10-12 but with no waist so it's no good at all trying to do up these mid to high waisted trousers, if they do actually do up they're uncomfortable and too big on the hips, bum and thighs.
Has anyone seen any low rise trousers anywhere please?

Ambercrombie and Fitch are still doing them, they are a bit expensive but are a good fit.

I always got mine from Topshop until they stopped making them about 2 years ago

Thanks, I've never shopped at abercrombie & fitch but I'll check them out. Topshop were always my favourite for jeans too
