Help Im not used to shoes!

I have some mobility issues so am usually found in flats. However I got a pair of court shoe type thing, very low heel comfy yokes from Clarks in the sale.. They are my size, they fit fine, a smaller size was pinchy, but when I walk, the back of my foot comes out of my shoe, I end up standing on the back of them and nearly do myself an injury! I had to grip on with my toes just to make it to the bus!!

Am I doing it right? Does this happen to everyone, i it something I get used to? Or how to I walk in them?!

NO. They are too big.

You could try putting insoles in. Or stuffing the toes with cotton wool.

But to be honest, I'd just get a half size down.

You could get those sticky heel grips but they tend to roll up like plasters

I think insoles might be the way to go. You can get them from the foot care section in a pharmacy.

Also, you could try wearing them with those footlet socks, the thicker cotton ones rather than the thin nylon ones. NB do not do this it they will show outside the shoe!
