Going to a memorial for a family member next weekend.
Don't have too much time for browsing round shops but could fit in a bit of retail therapy if I knew what I wanted. This is where your expert advice comes in.
Ok - deep breath. I think nearer a size 16 than a 14, 5ft 2 so short and squat aaaaagh. Looking for a dress in suitable colour to wear for a memorial - not a church service - a British Legion get together basically so I would imagine it wouldn't have to be so severe - Dress I could wear again to other events, so adaptable. Budget around £50 but willing to go to £70 if need be
