Its started, lots of things reduced apart from the things I wanted.

ALurkerNotAPoster · 28/06/2011 17:48

Phew! In and out in 2 minutes. I bought two more of the longline cardigans (the best thing I've ever bought from Boden) at £50 instead of £69.

Now I must sit on my hands to prevent further spending.

Or maybe I'll just pop back for a little look Grin

Rassy · 28/06/2011 17:51

Well, I bought the Ruched Waist Tunic in green. Did buy it in the preview but sent it back as thought it was too expensive but lovely! Pleased I bought the slouchy buckle bag in tan a couple of weeks ago at not much more than the sale price, as see it is only available in the sale in graphite - huh!

PlumSykes · 28/06/2011 17:52

20 items. Phew. Nearly everything I wanted for DD, hardly anything at all left for DS.

princessdave · 28/06/2011 17:52

Hmm no maternity for me just now, will await the next round of cuts as they weren't as generous as I'd hoped for.

They must have STACKS of breezy jersey tees to get shot of, never seen anything on Boden at £6.50 before!!

LaurieFairyCake · 28/06/2011 18:03

I've just bought twice - popped back on here after scooping up 3 frocks to see princessdave talking about £6.50 t-shirts.

I went back and bought 5 - hope they put them in one order and save me on the p&p

princessdave · 28/06/2011 18:08

Crikey sorry Laurie! I hope they'll combine the parcels, you'll need to contact them though. I've ordered twice in the past in quick succession at sale time & paid postage twice :$

polyhymnia · 28/06/2011 18:08

Hmm, did manage to get the slouchy leather bag I wanted in Graphite at £87 which is good. But was going to order in tan as well, to choose, and they had all 3 colours this morning but only offered the graphite in the sale - so someone must have had first pick! Have also ordered 3 dresses (2 of which I already have, at higher price, but havent worn), a stripy tunic in green, and leggings at £12.

rookiemater · 28/06/2011 19:04

Ulp don't tell me if any special codes have just ordered and paid special delivery so it arrives before our hols!

JemimaMop · 28/06/2011 19:08

The breezy tees are actually quite nice, I have 4 of them bought in the mid season sale for about £10 each. But £6.50! Shock

I ordered the stripy tunic in navy and some leggings for myself, plus lots of bits for the DC. I did an order about a fortnight ago with the £25 off £100 spend and bought lots of summer stuff for the DC, most of it is now on sale but I don't think I would have saved that much by waiting and some of it is now out of stock anyway.

I love the dress tops for littel girls, DD has two each of the stripy and the slouchy. She also has a couple of the jersey cardigans to go over the top, they are nice.

The boys love the canvas pull ons, but I'm glad I bought them early as they are now down to very few sizes.

ChippyMinton · 28/06/2011 19:16

I've ordered the slim fit jeans for DS1 and DD, which are tried & tested for skinny minnies Smile, a top for DD, and a ruffle t-shirt and (heaven help me) a fun applique mini which are three words that shouldn't go together in my wardrobe Grin.
If school sports day is cancelled, I may head for the shop for a scrummage.

Northernlurker · 28/06/2011 19:30

I've got the twist top for me (hope they actually still have it in my size), petticoat skirt for dd3, finky dress top for dd2 and one of the £6.50 t shirts for dd1. Had a hell of a struggle to find anything for her. One or two Johnnie B bits are quite nice but still too dear.

LovelyDaffs · 28/06/2011 20:17

Damn the sandals I wanted were removed from my basket before I could pay.

ChippyMinton · 29/06/2011 14:57

Just back from the shop, all very civilised Smile
Had a good rummage, and bought several pairs of sandals & ballet flats for DD to try, a couple of the favourite cropped cardigans and a smart shift dress in fudge spot. The dress doesn't get great reviews on the website due to its fit, but I found it perfect. Lovely fabric, cotton lining, and good price.

PlumSykes · 01/07/2011 09:42

Mine has come already! Not opened yet, but am amazed by speed of delivery.

hattymattie · 01/07/2011 09:58

Well come on Plumsykes - open it and tell us what you got. I don't know how you can bear the suspense.Grin

ChippyMinton · 01/07/2011 15:08

Mine is here too but I have to do school run.

thisisyesterday · 01/07/2011 18:25

my first parcel came today. all lovely. all staying. all kids stuff

when i was walking home from nursery earlier i noticed a load of torn boden packaging on the ground outside some houses lol
was just imagining crazed lady wrestling it from the poor postie and clawing it open before she'd got inside

Mumelie · 01/07/2011 18:29

Mine came today too, but bit dissapointed, esp in the wrap dress which was a rubbish fit. Loved the cashmere cropped cardi in sparkly silver but sadly at over £55 I cant justify keeping at the mo. Maybe it'll be reduced a bit more soon.

ChippyMinton · 01/07/2011 19:04

Oh dear. Boys jeans are far too flimsy -not even proper denim Angry. DD's are ok though, and the top is pretty.
As predicted the make fun of me in this skirt is goimg back, as is the ruffle t-shirt, which reveals a startling amount of brassiere for such a modest-looking top.
I am liking the cropped cardigans a lot though.
